College Admissions

Guidance every step of the way

Applying to college is a lot of pressure. Writing essays, deciding your major, seeing what classes line up with that major, researching the best programs, researching if those programs translate to real world careers- there are new conflicts every step of the way. Counselors and admissions officers know the system well, but they don't know what you want out of your higher education or career and- more often that not- manage too many students to put the time and effort it takes to get your future on the path it should be on.

What you need is someone who has been in your position. Someone who's had to researched different majors, write and re-write their essays for multiple schools, and careers and got into their dream school. Our Scholars will personally guide you through the college admissions process every step of the way!

Researching

Material Preperation

Post Application

Efficiently researching is the most important and often overlooked step in applying. Students and students will work to decide:

  • Desired majors/minors

  • Reach, target and safety schools

  • Available scholarships

  • High school/Community college classes to enroll in

  • Job/Internship applications before college

This is where all materials are written, organized and tailored for schools. Students and tutors will create:

  • Resumes

  • CommonApp/Supplemental Essays

  • Work portfolios

  • Comprehensive revisions/review

Getting an acceptance letter means your hard work has paid off, but the big decision still has to be made! Students and tutors will decide:

  • Ideal school

  • Spring/Summer classes to enroll in

  • Interview Preparation (Select schools only)

  • Jobs/Internships available before college begins

Robert T, Parent of AP Student, NJ

"The AP tutoring was a game-changer. My son’s scores went from low Bs to solid As, and he scored a 5 on both AP Chemistry and AP US History. More importantly, he actually enjoyed learning again."
